You can get a clear picture of the number of staff members available to assist you by your first impressions on the phone. Was your call answered by a recording? How soon would the company be able to schedule your service? Is the company able to provide after-sale service?
 
How Long Has the Company Been in Business?

If the company has not been in business for very long, there is a good chance they may be here today, gone tomorrow. This means that even if your work was guaranteed, the guarantee can't be made good by a nonexistent company.
